at performing arts school until the age of thirteen. At fourteen, he auditioned at Zilina Conservatoire of Music.
He was accepted with the highest mark, studying with Darina Svárna. In his third year, he was selected to
jointly represent the Slovak Republic with Matej Arendárik at the Schubert International Duo Piano Competition
in the Czech Republic, where they received second prize. Since completing his studies in the Slovak Republic, Peter
has been accepted to study his post-graduate diploma at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama
with Head of Keyboard Richard McMahon. Peter is the first Slovak pianist to be awarded a place at the RWCMD.
so he does not expect to be performing in the UK during the next 12 months.
